Our 24-hour staff specializes in providing ventilator weaning and rehabilitation as well as long-term ventilator care. Our home focuses on treating the whole person. The trained caregivers and a professional support team give the resident the proper care, attention and respect that they deserve, based on each individual's needs.

Our goal is always to wean the patient off the ventilator through appropiate therapy. Complex medical cases are treated with care and dignity, and always with an expectation for improving one's quality of life.

We work together with each individual resident and their family to create and implement a personalized plan of care.

Effective communication is essential for a good outcome; therefore we utilize the Interdisciplinary Patient Care Conference along with our management staff and admissions cordinators/case managers to assure that all questions and concerns are answered completely and promptly.
